When is payment collected for my move?
You pay for your move at the conclusion of services that day. Your movers will stop the clock and then call into our office dispatch to let you know the total cost of the move. We accept all major credit cards (3.5% processing fee) checks, or cash. We also offer financing options that can be arranged prior to your move day!
Is there a job minimum?
Yes, most of our moves do require a two hour minimum, however, we always want to help if we can! We encourage you to reach out to a moving consultant regardless of your move size to see what service type may fit your needs best.
Do the movers disassemble and reassemble furniture?
Yes, our movers will disassemble and reassemble furniture as necessary to safely move it. They will arrive equipped with all necessary tools, however, if you have a specialty piece of furniture that may require a tool outside of a basic tool kit, please let us know in advance!
What materials and equipment are included in my quote?
All necessary moving equipment including dollies as well as protection materials included moving blankets, tape and shrink wrap are included in the cost of your move. Additional packing materials are available for purchase
